Leviathan Law Office (7F 704–706, Office Tower, 34 Yeongdong-daero 85-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea), which operates this website under the brand K-DebtCollect, is the controller of personal information collected through it.

What we collect and why

Through the inquiry form we collect your name, work email address, company, country, the debtor's name, the amount claimed, the stage of the matter and any message you write. We use it only to assess the inquiry and reply to you. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties, other than the mail provider that delivers the message to us.

Legal basis and consent

We process this information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to ask@k-debtcollect.com, and we will delete the inquiry unless we are required to retain it.

Processors and transfers

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) and the site is hosted by Vercel (Vercel, Inc., United States). Both act on our instructions. Submitting the form therefore involves a transfer of the information to those providers.

Retention

Inquiries that do not become matters are deleted within one year. Where an inquiry becomes an engagement, the file is retained for the period required of a law office under Korean law and professional rules.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you access to, correct, delete or suspend the processing of your personal information. Requests go to ask@k-debtcollect.com and are answered within the period required by the Personal Information Protection Act.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Where site analytics are enabled, they run with IP anonymisation and are used only to measure aggregate traffic.
